Bank of Baroda came into existence in the year 1908. The bank was founded by Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad.
Bank of Baroda has a widespread network of over 2853 branches across the length and breadth of the country. Bank has a network of around 1025 ATMs across the country. Bank started its overseas operation by opening its first branch way back in 1953 in Mombassa, Kenya. Since then the Bank has come a long way in expanding its international network to serve NRIs/PIOs and locals. The bank has a significant international presence with a network of 69 offices in 24 countries including 45 branches of the Bank, 20 branches of its eight Subsidiaries and four Representative Offices in Malaysia, China, Thailand, & Australia. The Bank also has one Joint Venture in Zambia with 9 branches. |
