Bajaj Allianz's first all woman branch opened

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company (BAGIC) situated in Pune has started a branch which is all women's at its home office, and has arrangements to grow the thought the nation over depending on the success of the pilot. The operations of the branch will begin with a group of five female representatives, an additional 10 ladies operators who have as of recently been selected.

CEO & MD Tapan Singhel, Explaining the theory behind the venture stated that the company's aim is to target the boundless ability pool of ladies experts who needed to leave their professional life for their family duties. We want to give such ladies a chance to re-begin their expert profession without jeopardizing the priorities of their family.

With arrangements in the air to give ladies executors help through adaptable working hours and crèche offices for their young kids, BAGIC has a focus of enlisting and preparing 100 ladies operators in Pune throughout the following one year, in the following five years, the company plans to grow across 30 locations with strength of 15,000 women representative.
