The Banking codes and services reported that the bank not sharing the information with the customers is a major drawback. This is a serious cause that reduces the efficiency of customer services. The banks are supposed to share the terms and conditions of products rate of interest and disclosures with the customers, but the banks do not pay much attention towards this.

It was found that the customers are very bad at the knowledge about rights among customers, seeing this, the banks are also advised to aware the people about their rights by conducting regular sessions. BCBSI looks after customer rights and monitors adherence to those adopted by banks while delivering services to customers. BSBCI has stated that it has been made mandatory for the banks to give a copy of banking codes to every new customer.

Further from the coming the ratings of the bank will be declared publically, they will be published on website and news papers, which will assist the public in making decision about rated bank. The Ratings puts pressure on the banks to work properly and cater the best services to the customers.
