Cash back offers varies from bank to bank

Usually Banks provide various cash back offers on credit cards purchase only, but cash back offers are there on debit cards and net banking also. There are several online and offline cash back offers on jewellery, electronics, dining, consumer goods, movie tickets, travels tickets etc. Different banks provide different offers, for example: Indian overseas bank give its 5% cash back offer on credit card and debit card transaction the offer is valid till 31 march ,2014, where as ICICI Bank Ltd offers 4% cash back to its customers for booking domestic holidays on MakeMyTrip.com and 10% cash back on booking of domestic and international hotel rooms on ezeego.com, 5% cash back offer on equated monthly installment (EMI) purchases of iPhones for credit-card holders is available for Citibank customers. DBS is providing 10% cash offer on its international debit card purchases.

Normally the cash back offers lie between Rs 50 to Rs 8,000. Sometimes customers have to pay a fixed amount of money in order to enjoy the cash back offer. Cash back is generally associated with money that you spend. The cash back offers and durations varies from bank to bank. Banks specify certain terms on cash backs like, if the customers fail to pay the EMI on time, then he is not eligible for the cash back offer.
