According to the recent reports in last few days a sharp hike is noticed in the credit and debit cards frauds. Many people complained that while making transactions from the ATM machines they received error messages and later they found that the transaction was carried out. On the regular basis people are registering complaints against such problems.

On Sunday a residence of the city registered complaint that a sum of 20,000 is withdrawn from his account without his knowledge. People are facing quite many problems due the increasing e-cash crime and no strict measures are taken by the police or any other concerned authority. People also complained that many times banks refuse to register their complaints.

Bank personnel stated that customers need to be very cautious while making the transactions and should not write out or reveal their ATM pins publically. Police officials stated that they are taking complaints and are carrying out the investigation to catch the criminals.
