HDFC Bank card holders to be benefitted by Jet Airways travel

Private sector lender, HDFC Bank and premier airline, Jet Airways have entered into a tie up wherein credit card holders of the banks will able to make payments for tickets purchased through in six EMIs (equated monthly instalments). The facility would entail no extra charges across the entire six months tenor of repayment.

In order to make use of the offer, customers have to purchase tickets on using their HDFC credit card. The offer is valid till June 5, 2011.

The scheme is applicable in cases on minimum single transaction of Rs 1000. Also bookings need to be made in Indian currency only in order to make use of this facility.

According to Mr. Sudheer Raghavan, Chief Commercial Officer, Jet Airways, "Jet Airways is delighted to introduce this unique EMI option at no extra cost for HDFC Bank credit card holders who purchase tickets on, thus offering guests a flexible and economical booking option. Having introduced this scheme in the holiday season, we are confident that this offer will be much appreciated by our guests."
