Nabard asks banks to push more and more Kisan Credit Cards

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard) has asked the commercial banks to make Kisan Credit Cards (KCC) more popular.

Nabard Chief GM D.V. Deshpande asked all banks to formulate a strategy to make KCC available to all the eligible farmers in the state including the share croppers, oral lessees, and tenant farmers.

Mr. K.P. Chand, GM, Nabard also emphasized the importance of KCC for development of the rural community of the state.
