Times group, HDFC Bank launches credit card-Time Card

The digital arm of The Times of India Group, Times Internet has partnered with HDFC Bank to launch a ‘Times Card', a co-branded credit card that provides customers with special offers such as 25% discount on movie tickets and 20% discount on dinning.

Mr. Vineet Jain, Managing Director of Times Group said, "The Times Group has created an entertainment universe through supplements like Bombay Times, Delhi Times and and these are all platforms for fun, food and films. The Times Card gives a unique opportunity to create a product that leverages this breadth in the entertainment space. The card will make entertainment easy on the wallet in the dining and movie category".

Times Card holders will get round-the-year discounts on movies and dining outlets. The cardholders will not have to pay any surcharge on purchase of fuel for amounts ranging to Rs 400 and Rs 5000.

The card will be available in two variants of this credit card-Platinum and Titanium, which will be offered on the MasterCard Platform. The Platinum card will come with an annual fee of Rs 1500 plus taxes while the Titanium card for Rs 500 and taxes.
