A large number of applicants are questioning for the delay in hiring. Approximately 45000 applicants passed the Probationary Officer and clerical exam organized by the Institute of Banking Personal Selection (IBPS) last year. All the aspirants are eagerly waiting for the hiring process but due to the delay, they have decided to protest .

According to a report all the applicants are forming a group and will protest against this delay on 19 December, 2013 at Jantar Mantar. Applicants are claiming that since a year they are waiting for the job, there is no transparency in the process.

Among the thousands of the students very few have got the job, and the rest are still waiting for the appointment. They also complained that the banks are not even paying any attention to their queries.
