ING Vysya bank first to have core banking application in India to be hosted on NetApp

It has been reported that in order to improve the core banking system and provide the customers with the innovative products ING vysya bank has selected NetApp's FAS storage system to deliver the necessary throughput, capacity and connectivity across its 553 branches.

With the help of this, bank will be able to deliver better online and mobile banking services to its 20,00,000 customers spread all across the country. This will result in improved performance and will reduce the batch processing time by 100%, significantly improving business agility, system uptime, resulting in greater customer satisfaction.

It has been also stated that working with the netapp will help the ING bank to provide the customer fast and better mobile and online services without compromising on the quality.
