New jobs coming up in banking sector

Establishment of new banks in the country will be generating jobs in the country. A couple of new banks are there to start up in country. It has been reported that these bank will be requiring staff, therefore there will be hiring of graduates for the services. According to reports current banks are also looking forward to hiring in order to enhance their services.

It is expected that the banking sector will be high in demands soon. Banks are organizing placement drives and hiring students from the institutes and universities. Kotak Mahindra bank, HDFC bank, Axis bank have done certain placements. President of time centre reported that 100 students from there institute are placed in banks with the package of RsPresident of time centre reported that 100 students from there institute are placed in banks with the package of Rs 3,00,000.

Many banks have tied with Manipal Global Education, to facilitate students with programmes for banking training. Further ICICI Bank, Federal Bank and Bank of Baroda have tied up with the institution for setting up schools to train candidates. The programs are designed to build the skills of the students according to the needs and requirements of the banks, so that they can perform well in banking environment.
