SBI will hire new employees equivalent to the number of staff getting retired

A recent report displayed that the country’s most networked Bank State Bank of India has decided to hire the new employees on basis of number employees retired. In recent time bank has received an enormous number of applications from the aspirants. For the limited vacancies bank has received immense number of applications.

The bank has decided to hire number of new employees equivalent to the numbers that are retiring. According to the data observed this year the bank received 23 lakh applications for 5,092 vacancies. Earlier the bank use to hire the people in a group, bank hires the employee and if they got selected then put them up at the work over a period of time.

But from this year bank will hire employees through a proper process and only number of vacancies would be fixed depending on number of staff getting retired. The number of employees who will retire will go up from around 6,700 or so this year.
