Women graduates continued to be employed Axis Bank's ISB program

During an era when Indian organizations are examining and debating on having sex differing qualities around the top administration, private segment bank Axis Bank has taken cement steps to construct its ladies pioneers. Hub Bank, which has prior tied-up with Indian School of Business (ISB) for a ladies initiative program, is presently looking to contract more ladies from the business school.

On the completion of the Program and as well as the process of selections, the scholars get a chance to work with Axis Bank, which is offering a diversity of roles. As well as this, people are honored with the Certification of Axis Bank-ISB Women Leadership.

This was not a one-opportunity activity. Dahiya said that the Bank will press on to manufacture the program hinging upon business prerequisites and premium demonstrated by learners at ISB in the project, the Bank will be contracting ladies graduates through the said program. Human asset masters said that the Axis Bank-ISB activity might give the quite required push to build vicinity of ladies in top administration in India Inc.
