Biggest blood donation drive ever organized by HDFC bank.

Private sector bank HDFC bank organized a blood donation drive as part of the bank’s corporate social responsibility. The annual blood donation drive of the bank has set the Guinness world Record. This donation drive is considered to be one among the largest effort of the bank.

According to the Guinness world record this was the biggest blood donation drive with 61,902 participants. The donation camps were held at 709 locations all across the world. This for the first time a bank has organized such a huge blood donation camp. Bank stated that this for the seventh year the bank is organizing the blood donation camp, with the help of this bank is trying to provide resources to the people that will them in sustaining lives.

Further bank also stated that they are very proud to receive such a good response from the people and they will continue to create awareness on such important issues and will encourage more people to come forward. Bank also offers finance and skills training to the low class families along with the access to education and financial literacy.
