With the perspective to make the banking more enhanced the Federal bank has rolled a new facility for its customers. The bank has launched the video conference facility for the customers which will help them to directly interact with the bank’s relationship manager.
The customers will get the ease of interacting with the banks representative face to face from any part of the world. The Facility launched is named as ‘V Connect’ which can be accessed through the banking website. NRI client will also get the facility o directly reach out to the bank executives for availing themselves of specialised services on loans, savings, investments and insurance products.
This service can be availed from 10 am to 5.30 pm on week days and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays . Further the bank is trying to avail this facility 24X7.
