DCB bank expanding it network in small towns

While inaugurating a new branch at Minjur near Chennai, MD and chief executive officer of the DCB bank stated that bank is focusing to establish its branches in tier II and tier VI locations. Banks is planning to provide its service to low income groups and to the people in unbanked areas. He further stated that with the micro deposits and saving accounts facilities they are trying to assist low income groups, and are launching more of their branches in the area that are devoid of banking facilities.

From past few years banks is concentrating more on savings account and current products, fixed deposits, home loans, loan against loan. With the help of its 116 branches bank is trying to facilitate it customers with well banking services. Bank is aiming to flourish its network with the broad banking products and services and reaching out to SMEs.
