Hiring of Women in banking Sector

Good news is lined up for the women candidates who want to work in banking sector. Recently it has been reported that foreign banks Citi Bank , standard chartered Bank and HSBC bank are planning to recruit 5000 women employees in 2014. This time banks are focusing on hiring of women and differently-abled candidates.

The banks are aggressively looking forward to carry out the plan. Citi bank has announced to hire 2,500 fresh candidates this year. HSBC bank has announced to hire 1000 new candidates. The banks reported that their aim is to purpose is to build a strong a diversified workforce by hiring the people from different sectors.

Many banks have started working with to bring in the gender diversity. Banks are trying to bring in more women and provide the flexible working environment to them. Further it is also expected that RBI may add more than 40,000 banking jobs since it will issuing banking license to several companies.
