Males can also open account in Bhartiya Mahila Bank

Recently the Women bank of the country Bhartiya Mahila Bank has been in news for expanding its network speedily across the country. Bank generally focuses on women, but the male members can also open the account and make transactions through the bank. It has been noticed that people are thinking that the bank is for women only.

On the opening ceremony of the 15th branch of the bank in Jaipur the CMD of the bank stated that though the name of the bank is women oriented but the bank is open for both the genders. The major of the advances will be for women but male members can too use the bank for opening account and saving deposits. The bank is opening new branches and will be hiring new members, it is reported that the bank will be requiring nearly 400 employees, the major focus of the bank will be women but bank will be hiring men too.

The bank is women oriented and many of the offerings and products will be exclusively for men but it does not mean that males cannot access the bank. By the June bank will establishing more branches in Rajasthan.
