OBC bank reduced home loan rates by 0.5%

Good news for the home buyer for the Oriental Bank of Commerce. The bank has slashed down the rate by 0.5%. Earlier the rate for the home loan was 10.75%, now it has been dropped down to 10.25%

. Bank has reported that irrespective of the loan amount the customers will get the loan at the rate of 10.25%. Prior to this recently the leading bank of the country has dropped down its rate by 0.155 and removed the slab for advances.

All the customers will now get the loan at the uniform rate of 10.25%. In SBI the customers will get the loan at the rate of 10.155 and for the women the rate is 10.10%. As per the new statement the women will be offered with an additional concession of 0.5%
