SBH launched concessional rates on loan campaign

State bank of Hyderabad rolled a new campaign scheme for car and housing loan. SBH will provide its customer with the concessional rates on loans under this campaign “apna ghar” & “apna car”. The campaign is from 1 January to 31 March 2014.

During the campaign period the bank will offer its customers with the 20 basis points concession on car loan and a minor amount of processing fee will be charged i.e. 0.25 per cent of the loan amount subject to a maximum of Rs 1,000.

Further on for the housing loan bank has revised the interest, with 10.20% for the loan up to Rs 75 lakh, and 10.30% for the loans above 75 lakh. The rate will be calculated on the daily reducing balance method. Customers appraised and liked the SBH deposit scheme therefore bank extended the SBH 150 days, up to January 31, 2014.
