Video conferencing – New facility launched by IndusInd Bank

In order to make access to the banking services easier for the customers IndusInd bank last day unveiled a new facility of Video conferencing for its customers. With the help of video conferencing the customers will be able to interact directly with the bank staff easily.

All the customers of the bank can avail this facility. The customers can schedule a conference call with bank manager, relationship manager immediately. Customers can interact with the Video Branch at their own convenience either from his desktop, laptop computers and Android smart phones. Through this facility customers can avail the benefits of fixed deposit bookings, fund transfers, RTGS, NEFT. Customers can directly interact with center executive. This will be a new digitized form of banking offering the services to the customers 24X7.

Other than this IndusInd bank has also launched the services like ATMs, Direct Connect, Quick Redeem Service and the latest being My Account, My Number service propositions. In order to avail video call facility customers can download the app from google play store, apple play store on their phones or can also avail the facility through bank’s website.
