Corporation Bank to hold Grand Festival Bonanza from Sept 1; hopes to boost loan schemes

The Mangalore based Corporation Bank has planned to hold a Grand Festival Bananza during this festive season with the aim of accelerating growth in its retail loan segment. The bonanza will start from September 1 and will continue for a three month period.

Retail loans which will be offered during the bonanza are: home loans, auto loans, home loans for NRIs, Doctor plus loan schemes for medical professionals and Vyapar loan schemes for traders and businesses. The bank has waived processing charges and reduced interest rates on these loans for the bonanza.

Talking about the bonanza, Chairman and Managing Director of Corporation Bank said that the retail, small and medium enterprises are the one's which are expected to take the bank forward. During the bonanza, these three sectors will get focused attention.
