Digital Passbook introduced by South Indian Bank

South Indian Bank lately rolled out a new innovative product for its customers. To provide the customers with the more enhanced banking facility, bank launched digital pass book – SIB m pass book on Thursday.

The customers can easily access this passbook from their smart phones anywhere. Mr joseph MD and CEO of the bank initiated the facility, while initiating he handed a duplicate to K.G. Girish Babu, Managing Director, Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure and CEO of Technopark.

The facility will be free of cost for the customers who are maintaining a balance of more than Rs 1 lakh in their account. Other customers will be charged a sum Rs 75 for one-time subscription of the facility. With the passbook the customers will be able to access all the transaction record of their accounts starting from I January 2013.
