Federal bank planning to expand its banking network

While opening the 100th branch of the Federal bank in Ghaziabad, Chief Executive officer and MD Mr. Shrinivasan stated that bank is focusing for a growth up to 25% of banking network in northern part of the country.

He further stated that bank is working well in northern area specially Punjab and Delhi NCR, therefore the bank is planning to enhance its network in these two regions. Further to this bank will also be initiating more branches in tier 2 and tier 3 cities of the north India by the next financial year.

In last 18 months the bank has shown commendable growth. Bank has established 30 new branches in northern region and has expanded it branch network from 70 to 100 branches. Besides this bank will be also be assisting SME and NRIs.
