HDFC Bank points at joining India and Bharat through money related consideration

It is an achievement for HDFC Bank as they have provided finance under SLI or sustainable Livelihood Initiative to 20 lakhs borrowers. Sajna Devi, who was the 20th lack borrower, is a mother of three and a widow in a place called Chomu, Rajesthan. She received the cheques from HDFC Banks' Managing Director, Aditya Puri. The plan was approved by the board to provide finance to 1 crore families. Under the SLI initiative, only women were given preferences. The bank has already provided a total loan disbursement of more than n Rs. 2,500 cores.

the bank has received a comprehensive approach of recognizing weaker families Under the SLI programme, in the nation's areas which are under banked or unbanked, furnishing advances to the ladies in the family, and providing them the necessary finance towards their work preparation and reimburse advance and additionally furnish them with a ledger.

The bank has arrived at 7,900 villages over 24 states and plans to achieve all the states in the nearing months.
