State bank of India is rolling out ‘Tech learning centre for its customers’. The bank wants to boost and make its customers move towards the use of various banking channels like ATMs, Internet banking, mobile banking etc. With the perspective to achieve the plan, the bank will launch a new’ tech learning centre’ that will guide the customers to use the enhanced way of banking services.
The centre will be launched in Dimapur at the Bank’s official regional centre on 19th December, 2014. Through the centre the bank will educate its customers regarding the several banking channels, their benefits and how they could help them in safe and more secure banking. Through this bank will boost its customers towards the use of various banking channels.
SBI will arrange 2 hours slot on the 3rd working Friday of every month to interact with and educate customers about the various alternate channels of the Bank.
