Syndicate bank assisting the women entrepreneurs

With the desire to help and encourage the women entrepreneurs, the syndicate bank aims to help around 20,000 women entrepreneurs with the loan facility. From the 15th December to 20th December, 2014 Mahila Shakti week is organized under which bank will support all the women employees including self-employed, micro, small and medium enterprises across the country.

Bank reported that under this scheme the bank is offering the loan at the attractive rate of interest along with the waiving off the processing and documentation fees. For loans up to `10 lakh, bank will charge Base Rate (10.25 per cent) and for loans above `10 lakh, 0.25 per cent concession on applicable interest rate.

In addition to this several other facilities will also be offered like Instant Global Debit Cards/ATM cards, SMS Banking, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Any Branch Banking. The loans can be repaid in 7-10 years including repayment holiday.
