Banks focusing more towards the women

From the recent data it has been recorded that more than half of the banking is under the women control. The country’s leading Bank State bank of India, ICICI bank, Allahabad bank, bank of India all are having women as their CMD.Recently in the favour of women, a completely women oriented bank Bhartiya Mahila Bank is opened in the country. This is not the all, daily banks are coming up with the exclusive schemes and offers for the women customer.

Last month Kotak Mahindra Bank launched an all-women’s Probationary Officers course. SBI unveiled to offer its women staffers more flexibility by extending a two-year sabbatical from work for purposes such as children’s education. The banking sector is leading among the other sectors, in assisting the women with providing maximum facilities to them. The purpose is to enhance the women empowerment and eradicate the gender biasness from the country.

Further understanding the situation of women, and to support the women who are highly skilled and are unable to utilize their skills due to some reasons, bank has launched a unique second innings programme to attract such women.
