Banks to provide more Smart Banking Branches

Now days maximum user are Tech Savvy, so in order to support the tech savvy customers and provide the easy banking facilities banks have decided to provide more online options to the customers to make the transactions faster. The digital branches are a way out developed by the banks to cater to the tech savvy customers.

The digital branches will provide various advantages in terms of services, products, efficiency. The branches will also help in the overall development of the banks. SBI has recently added 6 new digital branches. These branches enable customers to carry on banking transactions via the digital medium-such as interactive walls and table displays-with less human interactions. ICICI bank is planning top ad such branches in rural areas, small towns and cities as well.
