The private sector lender, ICICI Bank has decided to take ‘My Saving Rewards' campaign forward by coming up with new ad campaign for ‘Khayal Apka' thought. The campaign will convey the unexpected rewards on saving account transaction.
Mr. Abhijit Avasthi, national creative director of O&M said, "Khayal Apka allowed us to leverage it best through our communication. Since, it is inherently a caring premise, we kept the communication emotional."
Earlier in October, to fit in the competition with the other banks, ICICI bank has come out with reward pay back offer for the saving bank (SB) accountholders. So, to procure more SB deposits and retain their existing depositors ICICI Bank came out with the reward payback programme called as ‘My Savings Rewards'.
The reward points will be given to those retail customers of ICICI Bank who does various transactions which includes shopping online, paying bills online, activating internet banking and auto debit of EMIs for loans/recurring deposits from the savings account.
Along with this the customer will also get reward points on activating mobile banking, demat account, shopping through mobile banking and also to merge family banking accounts. For instance the customer will get 100 points when he/she register themselves to ICICI Internet Banking. The bank will offer 10 points for every Rs 100 spent online and with this the customer will also get 10 points for paying bills by internet banking.
The ICICI Bank SB holders will automatically earn reward points for the balance up to Rs 15K and these points will be displayed in the SB statements from October. The customers can redeem by logging on to ICICI e-banking and clicking ‘redeem' option and the customers can easily redeem the earned points with various offers ranging from lifestyle product to travel etc.
